INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Sparks was north bound on Dent Bridge Road about .4 mi up the road when for unknown reasons left the north bound lane, crossed over into the south bound lane and impacted a tree. Vehicle went down an embankment about 100 feet and came to rest. Next of kin has been notified. Investigation continues.
