INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Matkin was southbound US95 near milepost 507 in Bonners Ferry when he experienced a mechanical failure in his trailer, causing his load to shift. Matkins trailer overturned, blocking both north and southbound lanes for approximately 5 hours. Matkin was cited for Department of Transportation violations.
