INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Grimmer was eastbound on I90 in the left lane when the vehicle in front of him swearved to miss a ladder in the road.Grimmer was not able to avoid the hazard. He struck the ladder and rolled into the median. Grimmer's motorcycle came to rest 150 feet away from him. The road was reduced to one lane for approximately 40 minutes.
