On Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover crash. Specialist Donald L. VonPraag, 22, of Boise, ID, was driving an LRVP military cargo vehicle westbound on Interstate 84 at approximately milepost 64, just east of Boise. He drifted off of the right shoulder of the road, came back onto the roadway and overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll into the median.

Specialist VonPraag was transported by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID. Also in the vehicle were Leif H. Sorensen, 43, of Rexburg, ID and Donn H. Drury, 34, of Hansen, ID. Drury was transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise and Sorensen was transported by private vehicle to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

All three subjects were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. All three were treated and released from the hospital.

Alcohol is not a factor in this crash.
