***Final Update***

On Thursday, December 3, 2015, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a crash involving four vehicles, westbound on Interstate 84, just west of the Garrity exit in Nampa.

Chrystal Hunt, 31, of Nampa, was travelling west in the number two lane, in a 2012 Ford Fusion. Jordan Graham-Ax, 28, of Eagle, was behind Hunt in a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo. Hunt and Graham-Ax slowed for traffic, and Gregory Harreld, 38, of Nampa, did not. Harreld's vehicle, a 1995 Toyota pickup, collided with the rear of Graham-Ax's Chevrolet, which then collided with Hunt's Ford. Earnest Treadwell, 73, of Sunset, Utah, failed to stop for traffic and collided with Harreld's Toyota. The Toyota was pushed into the Chevrolet again, which was pushed into the Ford again.

Harreld, Hunt, and Graham-Ax were transported by ground ambulance to Saint Luke's Medical Center in Nampa.
Harreld was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The number two and number three westbound lanes of traffic were blocked for approximately 50 minutes while crews worked to clear the scene.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
