On Friday November 11, 2011, at approximately 5:44 p.m., the Idaho State Police responded to a motorist assist westbound Interstate 84 at milepost 191, near Hazelton. A modular style trailer that was being pulled westbound on I84 had all of the right side tires deflate causing the vehicle to stop partially in the right lane of travel. After many unsuccessful attempts crews were unable to remove the vehicle, but were able to push it out of the lane of travel. The right lane of travel was blocked for seven hours as crews worked on the vehicle. The right lane of travel is open at this time, however the emergency lane is going to be blocked until Monday, November 14, 2011. Motorists are urged to use caution when in this area.
