INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Garcia was northbound on US95 at milepost 308.8 by the Clearwater Casino when she drove inattentively and drifted off the right hand side of the roadway before striking the embankment which caused her to roll her vehicle. The vehicle came to rest on the tires.
