On August 7, 2020 at approximately 5:08 pm, a crash occurred eastbound on State highway 8 at approximately milepost 32. The crash occurred when a 1979 Dodge Motorhome driven by Andrew J. Jackson, drove left of center and collided with an unloaded Lowery Log Truck, driven by Cody R. Lockman. JACKSON and the passenger Jeremy Frye were transported to Gritman Medical Center where they were treated and released for their injuries. The Crash is still under investigation. The eastbound lane was temporary closed and is now back open.
