Idaho State Police is investigating a crash that occurred on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 6:11 PM, on US20 at mile marker 344, near St. Anthony, in Fremont County.

A 2008 Pontiac G6 was traveling westbound on 400 North. The driver, an 18-year-old female from Sugar City, failed to yield at the intersection of US20 and struck a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva traveling northbound. The Chevrolet was driven by a 41-year-old female driver from St. Anthony with two juvenile passengers.

Neither driver was wearing seatbelts. The juvenile passengers were wearing seatbelts. All occupants were transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The left lane of northbound US20 was blocked for two hours. The lane has re-opened.
