On Monday, October 5, 2015, at 8:47 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a three-vehicle, property damage crash on the Northside Boulevard overpass, exit 35, in Nampa.

Three vehicles were slowing down in the eastbound left lane on the overpass - a 2015 Nissan Rogue, driven by Angelica Lopez, 51 of Yakima, Washington, a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am, driven by Mayra Rico Medina, 31, of Nampa, and a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pickup, driven by Herbert Stratton, 74 of Caldwell.

The Pontiac Grand Am rear-ended the Nissan Rogue first, then the Chevrolet Silverado rear-ended the Pontiac Grand Am. All occupants were wearing seatbelts. The left lane was blocked for approximately one hour.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
