INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Bryan was traveling Northbound at Putnam Rd in Kootenai county, Lehman was traveling Southbound and crossed left of center striking Bryan's vehicle head on. 3 lanes of traffic were blocked for approximately 3 hours. Both drivers were arrested for driving under the influence.
