The crash occurred near milepost 186 on US26, just east of Richfield, ID in Lincoln County.

The rider of the motorcycle was traveling on a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle, not a Honda.

On May 19, 2012, at approximately 3:51 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and semi truck near milepost 186 on US26, just east of Richland, ID in Lincoln County.

Jan Boline, 43, of Idaho Falls, was traveling westbound on a 2003 black Honda motorcycle when she lost control of the motorcycle, crossed into the opposite lane of travel and collided with a semi. Goran Mandura, 46, of Twin Falls, who was traveling eastbound in a 2007 Freightliner tried to avoid the motorcycle but was unable to. Boline who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced deceased upon impact. It is unknown if any other factors contributed to the crash. Lincoln County deputies and emergency personnel were on scene to assist with the crash. Next of kin have been notified and the crash is still under investigation.
