Final Update:
On Tuesday, October 1, 2013, the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash westbound on State Highway 50, at approximately milepost 4, near the Oasis Stop and Go truck stop. Juan Dominguez, 68, of Rupert, was driving a 2011 Freightliner with a trailer. Dominic Caldarella, 36, of Burley, was driving a 1997 Chrysler LHS, travelling westbound on State Highway 50. Dominguez was pulling out of the Oasis Stop and Go parking lot, turning eastbound on State Highway 50, when he failed to yield to Caldarella. Calderella struck the side of Dominguez's vehicle. No one was transported. Both westbound lanes of State Highway 50 were blocked for approximately two hours.

Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts. This crash is under investigation.
