INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Vaughn was travelling EB US2 at MP 71 when she failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the right side of the road and rolled her vehicle. Vaughn was pronounced at the scene. The crash is still under investigation. Next of kin has been notified.
