INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Cunningham was Westbound on SH200 near milepost 46 when he failed to maintain his lane. He crossed the Eastbound lane, exiting the roadway and entering Lake Pend Oreille. Investigation is continuing. Next of Kin has been notified.
