On Friday August 23, 2013, at approximately 7:50 am, the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality rollover crash on US20 at milepost 12, near Parma. Kyle Lee, 18, of Caldwell, was traveling westbound in a 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass when the vehicle left the roadway on the right shoulder and rolled landing on its top in an irrigation ditch. Lee was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. Lee succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
