On Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle rollover crash on northbound Interstate 15 at milepost 143, near the Sage Port of Entry.

William Graves-Boyle, 31 of Butte, Montana, was driving a 2004 Ford Freestar Van northbound on Interstate 15 when the rear passenger's tire blew. William lost control and the vehicle rolled onto the right shoulder. Graves-Boyle and a juvenile passenger were not injured.

Two passengers, Whitley Rautio, age 26, and Tiffany Rautio, age 28, both from Butte, Montana were injured. Whitley Rautio was transported by ground ambulance and Tiffany Rautio by air ambulance to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

Both lanes were blocked for approximately 20 minutes for the air ambulance. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
