***FINAL UPDATE***

On August 5, 2013, at approximately 4:22 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a Semi Rollover crash on I-15 North of Downey. Luis Guerrero-Arteaga, 54, of Idaho Falls, was travelling North on I-15 near milepost 37.5, in a 2007 Volvo Semi pulling an empty 2007 Wabash trailer. Witnesses say that due to the high winds in the area, the vehicle tipped over and came to rest off the roadway on the right shoulder.

Guerrero-Arteaga was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. He was wearing his seatbelt.

The Idaho State Police is currently on scene of a semi rollover NB I-15 at milepost 37.5, 6 miles north of Downey. More information will be released as it becomes available. There is no blockage at this time.
