INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Salameh was driving West Bound on US12 near Powell. He failed to negotiate a curve and hit the guardrail. He damaged 100 ft of guardrail before overturning and sliding into the river. He was hauling approximately 64,000 pounds of paper which was dumped into the river. The road was closed while the vehicle was removed. The road will be reduced to one lane for cleanup for approximately a few more hours.
