INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Wang was Northbound near milepost 496.8 when he left the right side of the roadway. He drove into a ditch, over Shiloh Loop Road, and down a steep embankment. The bus then overturned onto its right side coming to rest on several trees. Wang was cited for inattentive driving.
