On Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at approximately 4:58 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle, injury crash westbound I84 at milepost 30, east of Caldwell.

Maddison Teague, 20, of Caldwell, was westbound in a 1998 Saturn SL. The vehicle went off the right shoulder and through a fence. The vehicle rolled, and came to rest near Linden St and Aviation Way. Teague was transported to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise by ground ambulance.

The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
