INCIDENT NARRATIVE: The driver was traveling Northbound up Whitebird Grade and towards the top he struck the guardrail and went off the right shoulder. The cab of the truck became fully engulfed in flames. The driver succumbed to his injuries. The driver information will be released later pending next of kin notification.
