On June 13, 2013, at approximately 2:48 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle fatality crash on State Highway 34 at milepost 92, near Wayan. A 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by Gordon Churchill, 67 of Smithfield, UT, was headed southbound on State Highway 34, when the vehicle went off the side of the road and crashed. Churchill was ejected from his motorcycle. He was wearing his helmet, but succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The Idaho State Police are currently investigating a fatality crash on State Highway 34 at milepost 92, near Wayan. There is no road blockage at this time. Further updates will be provided when the become available.
