INCIDENT INFORMATION: Terhaar was Southbound on US95 at mp 338.5 when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle slid off the southbound shoulder and onto the soft shoulder. He then rolled the vehicle and struck an embankment then coming to rest on his wheels. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues by ISP
