At approximately 9:12 last night, October 24th, 2009, an injury crash occurred westbound on I84 at milepost 28.5 near the Franklin Rd. interchange in Caldwell. Isai Zaragoza-Avonce, age 20 of Caldwell was traveling westbound when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle went off the right side of the road and rolled several times. All were treated and released with the exception of one 3-year-old, who remains at St. Alphonsus with minor injuries.
