Two events will take place this week at the Idaho Peace Officer Memorial, 700 S. Stratford Drive, Meridian.
The memorial serves as a place of solace for the families of fallen peace officers and also honors those currently serving.

Reporters and members of the public are invited to:
- Candlelight vigil on Wednesday, May 22 at 9 p.m.
- Annual ceremony on Thursday, May 23 at 10 a.m.

Both events will be led by ISP Lt. Col. Sheldon Kelley in his capacity as president of the Idaho Peace Officer Memorial Board of Directors. Both events will take place at the Idaho Peace Officers Memorial on the grounds of the Idaho State Police Headquarters complex, 700 S. Stratford Drive, Meridian.
