Three vehicle crash at the junction of US26 and SH43.

On Saturday 19, 2014, at 1:18 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a three-vehicle crash at the US26 and SH43 junction.

John Byington, 62, of Ririe, was traveling westbound on US26 in a 1998 Oldsmobile 88.
Robert Cox, 93, of Rigby, was traveling eastbound on US26 in a 1994 Cadillac Deville.
Cox was turning left onto SH48 and collided with Byington in the intersection. After impact Byington's vehicle struck a 2013 Toyota 4runner that was stopped at the light, driven by Milisa Parker, 36, of St Anthony.

Byington, as well as Cox and his passenger, were transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
All Occupants was wearing their seatbelts.

Bonneville County Sherriff's Department assisted with the crash, and the investigation is ongoing.
