Idaho State Police is investigating a two-vehicle injury collision that occurred Monday, April 15, 2024, at 7:23 p.m., at 1782 E 2900 S in Gooding County.

A 70-year-old male from Wendell was driving westbound on E 2900 S in a 1990 Ford F250 . A 67-year-old male from Wendell was driving eastbound on E 2900 S in a 2016 Kawasaki Mule. The Ford F250 crossed the center line and struck the Kawasaki Mule head-on in the eastbound lane.

The driver of the Kawasaki was transported by air ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the Ford was not transported.

Both directions of travel on E 2900 S were blocked for approximately two and-a-half hours to allow emergency responders to assist those involved and clear the scene.
This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
