Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle vs pedestrian crash that occurred at 5:44 a.m., on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, on10th Ave north of Logan St., in Caldwell.

A 37-year-old male, from Caldwell, was traveling northbound on 10th Ave in a 2016 Ford Focus. Two female pedestrians were jogging southbound on the right shoulder of the northbound lane of 10th Ave. The vehicle crossed over the fog line and struck a 43-year old female, from Marsing, who was jogging in the bike lane.

She was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the Ford was wearing a seatbelt.
This crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
