Idaho State Police is investigating a one-vehicle semi crash that occurred on Friday, September 8th, 2023, at approximately 07:30 P.M., on northbound I15 near mile post 88 in Bingham County.

A 2023 Peterbilt semi-truck pulling a single trailer, driven by a 30-year-old male from Rigby, was northbound on I15. The driver steered into the median to avoid stopped traffic. The trailer overturned and the semi tractor came to rest on its passenger side.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt.

The left lane on northbound I15 remains closed to allow emergency responders to clear the scene.
