INCIDENT NARRATIVE: At approximately 0600 hours, Michele Hart was north bound on Ramsey Road at the State Highway 53 junction. She failed to stop for the posted stop sign and was struck by Scott Baker. Baker had been west bound on State Highway 53. Traffic was diverted around the crash for about 1 hour. Hart was not wearing a seat belt. Baker was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
