**Final Update**

On Monday, July 23, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle, rollover crash on eastbound Interstate 84 near milepost 64, just east of the Blacks Creek Road interchange.

Andriana Goewey, 22, of Barry, Illinois, was driving a 2003 Buick Century east on I-84 at Blacks Creek when she drove off the right side of the road, lost control of the vehicle, struck a guard rail, and then rolled. The vehicle came to rest on its roof in the middle of the eastbound lanes of traffic. Goewey was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated.

Goewey was transported by air ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Goewey's passengers, Shirley Goewey, and two juvenile passengers were transported by ground ambulance to St. Al's, Boise. All occupants were wearing seat belts.

Both of the eastbound lanes were blocked for just over an hour while crews worked to clear the scene. Traffic was backed up for just over five miles due to the blockage. All lanes have since reopened and traffic is flowing smoothly through the area.

The left lane of travel at the crash scene has been cleared for eastbound traffic. Traffic is still backed up for about 5 miles in the area and moving slowly.

Idaho State Police is currently on scene of a crash with blockage on eastbound Interstate 84 at milepost 64, just east of the Blacks Creek interchange east of Boise. The eastbound lanes of I-84 are completely blocked, and traffic is congested in the area. More information will be released when available.
