Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash that occurred on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 4:59 p.m., on SH21 at milepost 9.5, in Ada County.

A 56-year-old male from Boise was travelling northbound on SH21 on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He failed to negotiate a curve and crashed. He was not wearing a helmet and succumbed to his injures at the scene.

One lane was blocked for approximately 4 hours.

This crash is under investigate by the Idaho State Police.
