On Friday, March 12, 2021, at 5:04 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash eastbound on I84 at mile marker 43, in Meridian.

Tracy T. Goodloe, 54, of Boise, was driving eastbound on I84 on a 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Goodloe failed to yield to slowing traffic ahead and rear ended a 2016 Kia Soul, driven by a female from Nampa.

Goodloe was not wearing a helmet and was transport by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. The female driver of the Kia Soul was wearing a seatbelt.

Several lanes of travel were blocked for approximately two hours. The lanes have re-opened.
