On May 30, 2020, at approximately 8:00 pm, Idaho State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on SB US95 at milepost 313, just north of Lewiston. A silver 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup hauling a white 2020 28 foot Keystone fifth wheel travel trailer, driven by Bryan M. Howland, of Lewiston, was traveling south when strong winds caused the trailer to shear off of the pickup. The trailer came to rest on its side. There were no injuries, and the roadway was blocked for approximately 3 hours.
