****Update***

On Friday, September 6, 2019, at 12:03 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality crash on State Highway 16, near Substation Road, in Emmett. Inara Nabinger-Villarin, 20 of Emmett, was travelling northbound in a 1997 Buick Skylark. Nabinger-Villarin went off the right shoulder, overcorrected where the vehicle rolled coming to rest off of the roadway.

Nabinger-Villarin succumbed to her injuries on scene. Nabinger-Villarin was not wearing a seatbelt. Next of kin has been notified.

All lanes of travel are now open.
