***Update 2***

On March 28, 2019, at approximately 2:22 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle, injury crash westbound Interstate 84 at milepost 31, west of Nampa.

Paul Servatius, 61, of Middleton, was driving westbound on I84 in a 2019 Toyota Camry. Jennifer Loutzenhiser, 42, of Caldwell, was also driving westbound on I84 in a 2014 GMC Terrain. Loutzenhiser failed to slow for traffic conditions in the area and struck the rear of the Toyota Camry. All occupants were wearing a seatbelt.

Loutzenhiser was transported by ground ambulance to Saint Luke's Nampa Medical Center. Paul's passenger, Debra Servatius, 61, of Middleton, was also transported by ground ambulance to Saint Luke's Nampa Medical Center.

The left two lanes of travel were blocked for approximately one and a half hours.

The Idaho State Police is currently investigating a crash westbound I84 at milepost 31.5 near Caldwell. The westbound left lane is currently blocked. More information will be released when available.
