At around 3:30 PM on 10/8/2018 Idaho State Police received a report of a noninjury crash WB SH58 at mile post 2 near Worley, Idaho. Kenneth Nelsen, 80 year old male of Spokane Valley, WA, was driving a 1998 Volvo semi truck pulling a trailer load of potash fertlizer. Nelsen failed to maintain his lane, and the truck and trailer went off the road, spilling the load of fertilizer, and causing a small diesel spill. The crash caused SH58 to be shut down for several hours. Nelsen was wearing his seatbelt, and there were no injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
