On August 6th, 2018 at approximately 12:27 pm the Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash at the intersection of Swayne Lane and SH7 in Orofino. A juvenile male was travelling northbound on SH7 on his bicycle on the shoulder of the road when he attempted to cross on to Swayne Lane. The bicyclist failed to yield to a Blue 2001 Dodge Dakota driven by Robert Hardy, 83 years old of Orofino, who was travelling southbound on SH7. Investigation is continuing.
