***Final Update***

On Monday, March 5, 2018, at 8:35 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash eastbound on SH25 at mile marker 2.5, east of Jerome High School.

Kylie D. Hemmert, 28, of Twin Falls, was driving eastbound on SH25 in a 2004 Chevrolet Impala. Consuelo Bach, 26, of Jerome, was walking in the eastbound lane of travel when she was struck by Hemmert?s vehicle.

Bach was transported by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Hemmert was not wearing a seatbelt and was not transported.

SH25 was blocked in both directions for approximately two hours.

This crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
