Idaho State Police is currently investigating a commercial vehicle crash westbound Interstate 84 at milepost 29, near the Franklin exit in Caldwell. Westbound lanes are completely blocked at this time. Traffic has been diverted at exit 33, Karcher Road. More information will be released when available.
