Kurtis Baker, age 21, of Ashton, was driving east on U.S. 20 in the right lane. As Baker went to make a lane change, he thought he saw another vehicle in the left lane, so he swerved to avoid it. Baker and his juvenile passenger were transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
