****Update****

Correction: This crash occurred at Spruce Way not Deer Creek Road.

On May 4, 2017, at 1:31 pm, Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash northbound on SH75 near Spruce Way, north of Hailey, Idaho.

Anna D. Jensen, 67, of Hailey, Idaho, was driving a 2004 Volvo C70, and was slowing northbound on SH75 for traffic turning near Spruce Way. Brian J. Harvey, 36, of Boise, Idaho, was also northbound on SH75 in a 2015 Subaru Outback. Harvey failed to stop for traffic ahead of him and ran into the back of the Volvo. Upon impact, the Volvo was pushed into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2014 Toyota Tacoma, which was traveling southbound on SH75, being driven by Sean P. Evangelista, 43, of Ketchum, Idaho.

Jensen, Harvey, and Evangelista were all transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Wood River Hospital. Evangelista had two passengers in his vehicle, Jessica L. Viglienzoni, 36, of Twin Falls, and a minor female child, who were also transported by ground ambulance. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts. The minor child was wearing a seatbelt but was not in an approved child safety seat.

The roadway was blocked for approximately two hours while crews cleared the scene.
