On November 10, 2016, at approximately 6:37 P.M., Idaho State Police investigated a three vehicle Injury-crash on US30 at milepost 216, near the intersection of Addison Ave W and Grandview Dr, in Twin Falls County.

Garrett Harrell, 19, of Kimberly, was driving eastbound on US30 in a gold Chevrolet Uplander. Mark Greene, 46, of Filer, was driving westbound on US30 in a gold Ford F150 pick-up. Harrell drove left of the center line and into Greene's lane. Greene attempted to avoid Harrell's vehicle by veering to the left of the center line. Harrell overcorrected and collided with Greene's vehicle. Jessica McDonald, 32, of Twin Falls, was driving westbound on US30 in a black Dodge Van. McDonald was traveling behind Greene and ran over some debris left from the collision. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

Greene was transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls.

US30 was completely blocked for approximately two and a half hours.

The Idaho State Police is currently investigating a three vehicle injury-crash on US30 near milepost 216, in Twin Falls County. All lanes of travel are currently blocked on US30. More information will be released when it becomes available.
