INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Herndon was exiting from the Clearwater River Casino by Nez Perce Road when he failed to yield for the stop sign and was struck by Butler on the driver's side. Butler had been travelling Northbound on US95 at milepost 307.2 in the right lane. Herndon was transported to St Joseph Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. Next of kin has been notified. Investigation is continuing.
