INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Giachino was travelling northbound on Nine Mile Road when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed the southbound lane. He struck an embankment, the vehicle rolled, and Giachino was ejected. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
