On July 13, 2016, at approximately 10:25 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two commercial vehicle property damage crash southbound Interstate 15 at milepost 26, near Malad Summit. Robert Stone, age 25 of Live Oak, CA, was traveling southbound in a 2013 Peterbilt commercial vehicle with a single trailer. Robert Hunsaker, age 56, of Tremonton, UT, was traveling southbound in a 2003 Peterbilt commercial vehicle pulling two hopper trailers full of grain.
