INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Juvenile driver was traveling southbound US95 at milepost 226.8 when he attempted to pass 4-vehicles that were also traveling southbound. While attempting to pass, the juvenile driver realized there were vehicles occupying the northbound lanes of travel. He then attempted to quickly return to the southbound lanes of travel when he lost control after over correcting. The vehicle went off the road on the southbound shoulder and rolled, coming to rest against the southbound embankment. Santos was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle, pronounced dead at the scene. 5 other juvenile passengers were also transported to Syringa hospital. Next of Kin has been notified.
