On Thursday, April 28, 2016, at 8:00am, Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle rollover crash westbound on US26 at mile post 297, west of Moreland, ID.

James L. Barry, 33 of Idaho Falls was driving westbound on US26 in a 2007 Dodge R1500 Pickup. Barry drove off the roadway, overcorrected, and rolled onto the shoulder.

Barry was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello where he succumbed to his injuries.

Next of kin has been notified.

Idaho State Police is investigating a one-vehicle injury rollover crash westbound on US26 at mile marker 297, west of Mooreland, ID.

There is currently no blockage.
