INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Zephier was driving eastbound on US12 at milepost 35.9 when she drove left of center and collided with Wipf's Freightliner truck and trailer. Zephier's vehicle continued east in the westbound lane and collided head-on with a Reilly. The roadway was completely blocked for one hour. One lane was intermittently open for travel approximately one hour and forty-five minutes during the investigation.
